Max's Bistro - Fresno

I absolutely love this place! It's perfect for enjoying a drink or a quick bite at the bar, even if you're on your own. It's also ideal for a romantic dinner or a meal with a group. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food and drinks are consistently outstanding. I really appreciate that they refresh their menu periodically, offering new dishes to try. During my last visit, I ordered the duck potstickers and the French quarter shrimp, and both were incredibly delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. You definitely have to try their handmade pie!

During my first visit to Fresno, I looked up restaurants on Google to find a place to eat before my flight. Don't be deceived by the exterior; this spot is fantastic! The food was scrumptious, and the service was top-notch! I enjoyed the fresh corn risotto, which was simply divine. I'm definitely planning to come back in the spring. Thank you for the excellent service! I think my waitress was Jenny (if I got her name wrong, please forgive me!). Thanks to her recommendation, I had three Upper Manhattans, and I was one very happy lady!

Such a kind place to have a dinner. Delicious lamb plate, perfectly cooked and in a really nice plate presentation. Service was really kind and attentive. Wonderful the art pieces all around the room. Some sort of noise absorption would help reducing the interference with voices from other guests.

First visit to the USA, and this place was our first taste of their food. Outstanding menu, all cooked with fresh ingredients. A lovely combination of Mexican and traditional cuisine. Excellent staff who were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended
