Kunisama - Fresno

All three of us really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. We couldn't agree on a favorite roll because there is something for every palate. We will definitely be returning for the food, and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and unique cocktails. Overall, we highly recommend this place and rate it as a "must return very soon." Food: 5/5.

I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened, and we have always enjoyed the food. I overall gave it 4 stars. However, we have noticed a decline in quality recently. Despite only having 2 tables booked in the dining room, we waited over an hour for our food. The rice was extremely dry and the vegetable tempura almost tasted burnt. I am willing to give it another try, but this is the third time this has happened in a short period of time.

I cannot believe my experience at this restaurant! It was my son's birthday and we all ordered teppanyaki. The miso soup had no flavor and there was a hair in my grandson's bowl that was not hot. The shrimp, chicken, and calamari were all overcooked and tough. To make matters worse, there was a long hair in my son's meal which made him lose his appetite. Despite informing the server, the manager only offered to replace the meal, which was not helpful since my son was already feeling unwell. The manager insisted on trying to make amends but only ended up reducing the bill slightly. The server seemed embarrassed and I ended up leaving a tip out of pity. I suggest not trusting the ratings for this place as it was a disappointing and not even cheap. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I ordered 53.00 of food plus fees from Uber. No soy sauce, no chopsticks and very small portions. Think I’ll Uber on past next time!

Food is always great. It's hard to give a 5 star rating when the food takes over an hour to get to your table. We arrived before 5 pm and there were only 2 other tables occupied. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. Needless to say, even though the food was awesome, I don't think we will be back.Food: 5/5
