Horrible customer service!! I recently had a stomach surgery so I cannot eat spicy food. I ordered mild and they gave me hot. I requested for my order to be redone but they said they will not remake my food and can only give me mild sauce. How will giving me extra sauce help the situation if the spicy sauce is still on my food? I couldn’t eat it so I got a refund from my bank and will not come back here. The cashier was so rude and lied that she was the manager. When I told her the manager had a different voice, she admitted that the manager left already. It’s a shame but I don’t respect rude customer service. I ordered from them 3 times that week and things were great until this last time. They could’ve had a regular customer. Please don’t give them any of your money.Try Cajun Crackin instead if you want seafood!

My favorite sea food boil in town ! 4 yrs coming here and the whole shabang in LEVEL HOT is amazing. The flavor is so good. I normally order 2 pounds of shrimp to me and partner. Try it out!Food: 5/5

I ordered the same dish as I do at other seafood restaurants, with the same weight, but the portions were incredibly small. I really think their scale must be broken. It's just unacceptable. On top of that, the seasoning was off; I was really looking forward to the sausage, but it wasn't cooked properly and had a strange taste. I won't be returning to this place.

The seafood boil is quite good, but I wouldn't recommend the calamari. I ordered the calamari with fries, and I received a plate that was mostly fries—about 90%—with only 10% calamari for $13. If you're looking for a better deal on calamari, you might want to try Dog House Grill instead. I would have rated this place higher, but the staff was somewhat rude when I brought up my concerns.
