I went there this morning and there is a hispanic woman that works there the one with a tattoo on her face and she is so rude. Not friendly at all. Everyone else has always been friendly but this girl that was there was just so rude! So sad!! There’s no reason to have that kind of attitude… I hope she can really treat people better like the other employees there.

Today October 17 at 9:00 p.m., I visited Carl 's Junior to pick up my order. When I arrived at the drive-thru the first thing I heard was How can I help you? I started talking and the guy interrupted me with a How can I help you? I don 't know if the guy did not hear me. I asked What was that? his response was HOW CAN I HELP YOU? in a really bad tone, I started feeling uncomfortable. I told him I was there for the name HE STARTED LAUGHING and making fun of my pronunciation. English it 's not my first language, but I tried hard to learn and be able to speak English. I 'm a really big fan of Carl 's Junior and this makes me feel like not going there anymore. You can imagine how I felt that night, I even lost my appetite. I tried to get the employee 's name but I didn 't even have a chance, he just handled the food and closed the window leaving me there confused without knowing that was all my order. This is the reason why so many people never dare to speak in public or try to talk in another language because of people like that, who make fun of the efforts of others. This makes me think about my family who don 't speak any English! Being there happy, just waiting for the food without knowing that people who should be nice to them are making fun of them because of their pronunciation. So sad.

Cashier Claudette took our order all wrong, she even made us wait 10mins in the drive thru and still F-up somehow. Poor customer service maybe it is better to replace these idiots with robots
