We ordered a medium combo of drumsticks and wings (5 drumsticks, 3 wings) with sweet and hot sauce, and garlic soy sauce on the side. We also got a side of macaroni salad. The drumsticks were incredibly juicy and tender, while the wings were good overall but not as juicy. Both sauces were delicious, but the garlic soy sauce could be overpowering if you pour too much. The sweet and hot sauce had a perfect balance of flavors. Serving the sauce on the side kept the fried chicken crispy and not soggy. The macaroni salad added a nice contrast with its sweetness. It was a delightful lunch experience, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return to this restaurant!
This place never fails. It’s been about two years since I’ve been here and I’m happy to say that the quality has not changed. Attentiveness by the employees were great, borderline a bit much. I guess when there’s two tables being occupied, they want to make sure you’re doing ok. Let’s hope they are the same way with a packed restaurant. Pictured is the large combo with soy garlic. *first picture already missing two drumsticks*
Very large portions for a fair price. Good taste as well, would recommend. Had to wait a while for the food, but that meant it was more fresh!
I recently had a craving for Korean fried chicken and decided to try this place. Unlike the usual thickly breaded fried chicken found in the US, the Korean fried chicken here had a lighter breading. You can also choose whether to have the sauce served separately or not. The chicken was tasty, but I found that they were a bit stingy with the steamed rice. Even after ordering two portions, I was still hungry. I have not tried the other items on the menu, but they offer regular Korean dishes like spicy pork and bulgogi. I may return to try some of their other dishes in the future.
This Korean restaurant is truly fantastic! The owner is incredibly attentive, handling every aspect of the dining experience from taking orders to cooking to delivering dishes to the table. He excels at Korean cuisine, with the Kalbi (Korean short ribs) being a particular standout. The chicken was also delicious, though not quite what you might expect from Korean Fried Chicken. However, the incredible sauces made it a worthwhile choice. We also tried the fries and coco pops, both of which were excellent. The owner even treated us to complimentary ice cream at the end of our meal. We were the only customers there at 2:30pm on a Saturday, but the owner's hospitality truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
