Such a fun and welcoming environment is the delicious food and great coffee a bonus! located in one of the most beautiful places on the high street, this caffe offers a magical mood and a cool atmosphere. sit under the old morton bay fig tree hug the house-like caffe, or people watch with a warm deck sitting on some of the cafe strips. everything is available, away from homemade teecake to senf chicken wrap it is all good!

Beautiful coffee, but not many sandwiches left when I visited. they obviously have a loyal order with many people who gather great orders, and there is a wall of loyalty cards. a few seats inside and some outside tables that would be beautiful on a sunny day.

Absolutely fantastic! coccolicco makes the most beautiful lunch. if they are looking for a big sandwich and super friendly service, then I would recommend to pay them a visit. they also sell small cakes and discs. everything there is a reasonable price and absolutely tasty we have also used them for small events and they have a very generous plating of sandwiches, wraps, salads and a really deceptive top, all at a very reasonable price.

My secret coffee spot in freo. These guys are lovely, and so is the coffee. in this hit-and-miss coffee town, where the service sometimes gets a bit up-itself, i couldnt ask for more . they also do smoothies and yummy lighter lunches perfect for weekdays .

I love this place!. This has become my favourite lunch bar in Fremantle. Beautiful FRESH sandwiches on yummy wholemeal bread from Abhi's or white continental rolls wraps, fresh juices excellent coffee. Take away, very reasonable prices the owner/operators are so very friendly. There are a couple of chairs tables outside under the shade at a giant ficus which is beautiful on a hot day. Had to think about doing this review as I don't want them to get too busy but they really deserve to be!
