Dunkin' - Freehold

Today was my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always good and the employees are always very friendly. Today when I pulled up to the ordering station an employee SANG “Good morning, good morning, good morning, I hope you’re feeling fine!” that never happens! Definitely brightened my morning! Thank you!

At the service is great in this Dunkin' Donuts I've been to a lot of Duncans they don't treat you like to treat you here go for it

Despite the long lines at the drive through in the mornings, it moves quickly and they always get my order perfect! The staff is so nice and pleasant also. All of the other Dunkin? Donuts should take lessons from this one!! Thank you for making my morningsa little bit easier!!!

I just had the most amazing Boston Cream Doughnut! It was so fluffy and packed with frosting and cream. Absolutely perfect!

I would never give a negative review to any small business. Generally, the service is excellent when certain staff members are on duty, but when they’re not, the drive-thru can be painfully slow. I wish I knew the names of the top employees who are usually there in the mornings during the week because they truly deserve recognition! One area for improvement would be ensuring the coffee is served hot enough, as it can sometimes be lukewarm.
