Jack's Subs Pizza - Fredrick

The Jack's Sub team failed to prioritize my family's time. They were unable to resolve an issue with their system while assisting other customers before addressing our problem. I suggest giving this place a month to work out their issues. To Jack's manager: if you cannot resolve a customer's issue after 45 minutes of waiting, provide updates, offer a complimentary meal, and allow them to leave or take note of the problem and address it later.

The Philly Cheesesteaks were fresh and incredibly tasty. The service and chefs were welcoming and attentive.
