Shan Chinese Restaurant - Fredericton

I revisited this restaurant after about 10 years and was disappointed to find that the taste and quality have significantly declined. The food was overly salty, with the tofu tasting like it was cooked in chicken fat and the Bok Choy being excessively salty. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

I wouldn't say it's authentic, but I'd describe it as delicious, mouthwatering, and filling. The portions are quite large in my opinion - I bought lunch and had leftovers for dinner. The staff is very polite and friendly.

The food is tasty, but the portion sizes are very small. I ordered a mini combo with beef broccoli and lo mein noodles... there were plenty of noodles, but only a small amount of beef broccoli; definitely not worth the $6.46 I paid for it.

If I'm in the mood to splash on some salty fat Chinese food, that's my way to spot. The noodles are delicious and the food is quite fresh and hot at noon. Fast service and large portions.

Variety of items to choose from for this quick pick up Chinese restaurant in Kings Place. Have been there several times and service is always friendly and fast. Food has good flavor good variety and not over priced.
