Saigon Noodle House - Fredericton

This restaurant has been renamed to Number One Noodle, but still under the same ownership and serving delicious food.

It was a delightful experience to enjoy some genuine pho, even though it was slightly lacking in spice.

I have dined at this restaurant several times and I always order the same dish - rare beef pho. I haven't explored the menu much beyond that and likely won't in the future.

I had lunch today at the Saigon Noodle House which was my first visit to the location.I figured it would be easiest to summarize my visit in point form:- easy to get to;- easy to park;- decor was ok- service was good;- meal was decent. Tasty but nothing out of the ordinary;- was able to linger after lunch

If you visit Fredericton, don't miss the chance to stop by Saigon Noodle House! They have tasty food on their menu, especially the new papaya salad that could be mixed with chicken or shrimp or tofu. The sauce is a heat! I am living in this city and when thinking of Vietnamese or Thaifood, this address is the only that I have in my mind.
