Just ate here because I've been craving some sushi since I came to Fredericton on vacation.

Our party arrived at Parks hungry, and in good spirits90 minutes later we left hungry, our faith in local sushi badly shaken.

You'll be hard pressed to find sushi in Fredericton.

I would rate this sushi the best I ever ate in Canada. The owners are Japanese, really perfect rice with sushi. Come back each time I pass Fredericton.
