KFC - Fredericton

I ordered the four pieces of chicken flour yesterday. Skip The Dishes delivered. It was a nightmare. First I paid for 2 pepsi, only got 1 chicken was not recognizable by normal KFC. Hard like a skirt and so dry I fed most of it! I dogs. We didn't even get a napkin, a fork, nothing. Terrible waste of money never again

The restaurant was extremely late, taking more than 45 minutes to fulfill my online order in the drive-thru. Despite arriving 8 minutes past the designated time, my contactless order had not even been started. The employees were not wearing masks or gloves, and the entire place appeared dirty and unsanitary. The staff was rude and unsmiling, showing no appreciation for the long wait. This particular location seems to have severe management issues, such as running out of chicken and buns on multiple occasions. Orders are often incorrect, making it necessary to double-check everything before leaving. I wish there was a better KFC option nearby.

After placing an order on their website, we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes to receive our food. Despite being ignored while others who had ordered after us were served, we were eventually given the wrong order and had to wait even longer to have it corrected. We will not be returning to this restaurant unless you enjoy receiving the wrong food and waiting for an hour. It's best to find somewhere else to dine.

The waitress accurately estimated how long the meal would take. It was extremely tasty. My husband ordered a bowl and was pleased with his choice.

I am finding it amusing to see fast food restaurants listed on Tripadvisor. These places are pretty much 'cookie-cutter ' no matter where you go. KFC is no different.
