Vinny's Italian Grill - Fredericksburg

We’ve been to this Vinny’s many many times over the years and it was decent. The original location in Spotsy was always solid, but it’s too far for very casual Italian food, so this one and the one on 610 are the only options for Vinny’s in Stafford. The one on 610 has been a little inconsistent over the years. This one seems to have recently changed hands and it seems they may have gotten taken over by the family that kinda started all the Italian joints around here and they refurbished it and really improved it. The old, dingey Vinny’s that was covered in fruit flies is no more! This is a new joint with nice, new menus (still all the same stuff on the menu), new tables, floors, colors on the walls and those sagging ceiling fans have been replaced too.The food on the day I visited was really good! I tried a slice of pizza about a year or more ago and it wasn’t very good, but on this trip I decided to try a cheese slice and it was great! Not as good as my favorite pizza, which is J’s (right around the corner in the same plaza), but it was really good! They had a tricolor pasta dish on their lunch specials menu that I tried and it was really good too. The sausage in it was flavorful and the sauce was excellent! I also got a side salad and it was just “ok,” it definitely wasn’t as good as their side salads used to be (not very fresh lettuce).Overall, I really enjoyed this experience and I would return.

Just passing through town and highly recommend Vinny’s! Great food at a very reasonable price, server offered a good vegetarian option, and dining area is so fresh and clean. You can’t go wrong. ?Vegetarian options: Menu is easily adaptable!

Been a very large fan/customer of Vinny's on Warrenton Road for over 15 years Well today it took over 5 minutes before someone came back on the phone to take my order after going to the store; only 4 people were sitting inside and only 1 order waiting for pickup so why on hold so long ????The guy at the counter/register said he had no order for me and looked around and said nothing was available Then they found my pizza in the oven and were looking in the system for my orderThe guy was so lost on the computer. Even when I had to pay he couldn't figure out how for me to pay with Apple Pay. What really got my goat was to order that was to the side that somebody placed I was put to the side as he checked them out.This place Vinny's has gone to **** since they remolded and replaced personnel They guy today at the counter should be firedThis restaurant went from 5 stars too 1 star

We ordered spaghetti at this Vinny's, and it was terrible. It cost an extra $11 for meatballs, and honestly, who wants just spaghetti noodles and sauce? We ended up spending $39 for two plates of spaghetti, which is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from this Vinny's again. I suggest they change this menu item to be like the one at the Fredericksburg location, please.

We have a disability and asked the driver to hand us our order directly. Unfortunately, he did not do so, and he also didn't knock or ring the doorbell to inform us that the food had been delivered. Grubhub, please refrain from assigning this driver to our deliveries in the future.
