Taco Bell - Fredericksburg

Good employees but very slow service due to short staff

They are very consistent. They consistently get orders wrong, leave out ingredients, or give out orders with missing items. Also, for the love of all that is holy, change your dirty fry oil. You're going to get someone sick. My 2 year old who usuallyloves taco bell cinnamon twists, took one bite and spit it out. I tasted them, it's been fifteen minutes and I still can't getthe bitter, disgusting taste out of my mouth. It may have helped if there was any cinnamon or sugar on them. The last time wegot them they tasted like cleaning chemicals. Update after calling them, the manager asked what items were messed up, and toldus he would remake them. One of them was my VEGGIE Mexican pizza. Got home and went to take a bite, full of meat. They had achance to fix it, and messed up AGAIN.

I have eaten there many times I get samething 3 taco supreme the last 2 times they were so small like a reg taco or smaller the price went up some I expect a decent meal having second thoughts about going back

Service was nice and the restaurant was clean. My husband doesn't eat red meat so I always order chicken tacos. It cost a little more but worth it because he loves taco Bell. Other places he gets sick from the cross contamination but not at Taco bell????Good job TB

I came to the drive thru around 9:30pm today. I had great customer service and my order was correct. Everyone used their manners from the speaker box all the way the window.
