Subway - Fredericksburg

I was in subway today when a really old man came in and asked for the buy one get one half off sub. He said he saw it on tv, the lady told him he needs to have the coupon and he couldn?t have the deal!! Do better subway!! We should be taking care of our senior citizens not telling them ?no you need the coupon?

This restaurant really disappointed me. I tried to call in an order to make things easier for everyone, but they refused to take it. Fortunately, there are two other places within a mile that I can go to instead. I won't be giving them my business again. The owner should consider letting go of the staff member who turned me away or find a way to improve their service. Honestly, it's not like they're the busiest place around, so they should appreciate even the effort to place an order.

This subway location has outstanding management. They prepare orders quickly and prioritize customer service. I highly recommend this subway over others in the area.

It's a Subway restaurant. The food was as expected, but the service stood out during our recent visit. We arrived just two minutes before closing, and there were four of us who couldn't decide what to order. To our surprise, the staff was friendly and patient, which is not something you would normally expect so close to closing time.
