Park Lane Tavern Of Fredericksburg

I would give Park Lane 10 stars if I could. My husband and I LOVE Park Lane Tavern. We rented the room out a few weeks ago for our wedding reception. Billy Mallory and the rest of the staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire processand day of. We also visit Park Lane regularly for dinner and drinks. Shannon (I believe that?s her name) is wonderful -friendly, conversational, and checks on you often. I would recommend this place to anyone.

However, our 45-minute wait turned into over an hour due to the group at that table. They were quite inconsiderate, finishing their meal, drinks, and dessert, paying their bill, and then lingering for an additional 30 minutes to chat — something that's generally frowned upon in a restaurant when there are other guests waiting for a table. As someone familiar with both front-of-house and back-of-house management, especially during a busy Sunday dinner rush, I found this particularly frustrating. We approached the hostess about the situation with the uncooperative party. She informed us that there wasn't much she could do, but in the food and beverage industry, there are certainly ways to handle situations like this. From my experience in front-of-house management, I would have checked in with the party after they paid, politely suggesting that they could move to the bar if they wanted to continue their conversation, as we had another party waiting. Despite the delay, I must say that the food was incredible. The corned beef was delicious, the burgers were full of flavor, and the drinks were refreshing. I would highly recommend Park Lane Tavern; you won’t be disappointed! The servings were generous, and our waitress was fantastic. We definitely plan to return!

I visited again this past Saturday and tried the Fish and Chips, which might just be the best I’ve ever had. The fish was hot, moist, and the batter was thin, crunchy, and nearly grease-free. It was amazing! Once again, the service was outstanding with Joey and Jessica. This place truly knows how to impress!

We were delighted by the swift and friendly service we experienced during our late-night dinner visit. The fish and chips were fresh, perfectly crispy, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the bacon gouda burger, which was both flavorful and satisfying.

Great place! Pretty loud and noisy if you can stand it. Came off 95 just to have their gluten free pizza. It's delicious! Made out of cauliflower but does not taste like it. We sat at the bar because the place was packed at 12 on veterans day. Quickservice! Pretty area to walk around!
