Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I had an excellent experience with the customer service. I absolutely loved the chicken and the hot pumice, and the tea was also quite enjoyable. I tried the concrete milkshake with peanut butter and bananas, and it was all delicious! This was my first time dining at a Freddy's, and I will definitely return!

This place has some of the best burgers in my opinion. I ordered everything through the app (although the app is a little slow), I was able to order everything and redeem my free reward. They made it all correctly, and it was done by the time I got there, food was still warm even after driving back to my job to eat it. Everything was flavorful and the place was pretty clean when I went inside. I visited this location 10-8-22.

This place is amazing! I’ve been visiting Freddy's for five years now since our first visit. I really wish they had a location closer to Baltimore so we wouldn't have to drive two hours or wait until our next trip. Their menu outshines Five Guys in terms of variety, flavor, and price. And those shakes, or 'concretes,' are absolutely incredible! Great job, Freddy's—we absolutely love it!

The food and service were exceptional; it's refreshing to step into a fast-food restaurant and feel valued. The patty melt and cheeseburger were perfect, and the portion of fries was generous. We also indulged in the frozen custard and vanilla malt, both of which were delicious. I can't wait to return. A big thank you to the wonderfully attentive staff!

I'm not certain if this is the right location, but this was our first experience at Freddy's. My 8-year-old asked if they could open a branch in our town because she absolutely loved it! It was my first time trying a smash burger, and wow, they are incredibly delicious!
