Chef Lin Buffet - Frederick

If you like the old traditional Chinese buffet, this is for you. The sushi is traditional and well made, the dishes are fresh and hot, The only dish I don't like is their fried noodles, The noodles are too soft.

This is a popular Chinese restaurant serving delicious buffet in Frederick Maryland. Food are served hot and services is good. One of our favorite for over 20 years with same good quality yet inexpensive. More staying power Chef Lin !

Getting takeout for lunch here is a good deal. The food is hot and fresh, and the people are nice. The teriyaki chicken was my favorite and the sushi is decent. Food is well seasoned with lots of sodium but that's normal for buffets.

This has been one of our families go to buffets since our daughter was born. They have a little of everything but their sushi game is on point. Hibachi, excellent seafood, and loads of vegetable options. I've ate here even as a vegan and found good stuff. Vegetarian and meat eating paradise. I went there around 1-2pm. I would say below average. The only good thing is probably the staff, everything else is trash.
