However, it took over 30 minutes for our main meals to arrive, which felt a tad long given that the restaurant wasn't very busy. That said, the food was genuinely good, and I'm definitely open to coming back. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job explaining the menu, and her meal suggestions were spot on. I would have given a five-star rating, but the lack of toilet paper was a notable issue for me. It might seem trivial, but it felt a bit urgent at the time, so I was glad I caught it.
This is my second time dining at this restaurant, and I enjoyed my meal. I tried the Prince Edward Island mussels, which were delicious with a sweet sauce that had a lovely smoky flavor from the cooking. The Boom Boom shrimp was also quite tasty and sweet. The filet appeared appealing and moist, while the crab cakes were decent. The service was professional, attentive, and friendly.
Renowned for their seafood, and with good reason! The food, specials, drinks, and ambiance are all exceptional. The setting is quite upscale, yet it doesn’t feel like an overly formal restaurant. Be sure to try their drinks as well; they are among the best places for incredible cocktails! They use fresh muddled fruits and even serve smoked drinks, presenting them under a glass filled with smoke! Don’t miss out!
We celebrated our anniversary dinner at this restaurant tonight. Despite being a chain, it had an upscale atmosphere and was impressively clean and quiet. Our server was outstanding and very attentive. The food was delicious. I decided to take a risk by ordering steak at a seafood restaurant, and it turned out to be perfectly cooked to medium, with a great cut of meat. The crabcake wasn’t the typical Maryland style with jumbo lump meat, but it was still very flavorful. We will definitely be returning!
For a chain restaurant, this one stands out as one of the better options available. We started with the famous bang bang shrimp, which had a wonderful texture and flavor. I ordered the grilled mahi mahi (often referred to as the chicken of the sea!) while my husband opted for the Chilean sea bass. We both found the mahi mahi to be the superior choice. For dessert, we indulged in the raspberry brownie with ice cream, which was a delightful way to end our meal, although it was almost too much food. I did not enjoy the creamed spinach. Our waiter was attentive and generally had a positive demeanor, making our experience enjoyable. Next time, I think I'll try the bang bang shrimp tacos! Although it's on the pricier side, it's a much better experience than Red Lobster.
