Stopped on this off the beaten path place on our way home from VT. Got good ratings, and while not a part of Frederick I was super familiar with, it wasn’t really out of the way to stop. Very low key, cool vibe, place. You order at this large square “bar” in the center. The menu has a wide variety to choose from so it took 10 min for my son to decide what he wanted ??. You then pay at a small counter where you also order your drinks. Then you choose your seats. They deliver the food in take out containers which is brilliant in my opinion and the portions are LARGE! The food was good, the service was good, and it’s a cool place to hangout and eat at. I’d definitely go back again. Vegetarian options: I got the vajita bowl and it was delicious. Parking: Free lot. No issues. Kid-friendliness: There were families there. Not anything for kids to do but no reason kids can’t eat there. Not sure I noticed a specific kid menu but I had no reason to ask about one.
Walked in today. Just one couple of ahead of us looked like they had been waiting to order a while. All of the staff up front had their heads down and did not acknowledge us at all. I finally had to ask if we order here in the front or somewhere else. Guy with a hat and trimmed beard said he would take our order and I pointed to the couple in front of us and said they were first. After taking their order he walked away and kept us waiting. We left. Do not need to spend our money there. Do something about your rude indifferent staff.
Not much else to say other than great sandwich’s and great selection of beers. We got the Lombardi, steak Sammy, fat boy, west of sante fe, and wings. Everything was fresh and high quality and service was professional and kind. Def coming back
