It is a message from the outside world to a town still happy in its Danishness and the message is heard loud and clear. The sushi is very well done. It is many people's first try of this most noble of foods and it does not disappoint. The platters are excellent value and the standard of freshness and flavor are very high. I will be back. :
I drove past Fredericia and visited this restaurant. Had a very lovely meal and quite happy with everything. The running belt serves both cold and warm snacks/sushi. The restaurant looks very tidy and staff was friendly and helpful. Really like this place, especially when I was on a budget and needed a delicious meal as well as can make me full. Also when I arrived, it was closed to their closing time, yet they still make sure I could have almost all of their selections on the belt. I am very happy about it. If I visit Fredericia again, will definitely revisit.
Looks simple and is simple, but service is great. We went with family on a weekday in these corona times, and great welcome and attentive service. Our kids love this place as they have great running sushi and will ask you if you want anything else than what is currently running ... fantastic value
My Japanese born SO had a hosomaki roll with tuna and avocado and found the sushi OK (sushi rice was made with vinegar) but the green kelp salad was so-so (a bit sugary). The sushi was made by a Dane under the supervision of a Chinese so the sushi was not true Japanese-style. Restaurant was clean and had nicely set up tables. Credit cards accepted.
First time for Running Sushi, and we tried it at Joci 's in Fredericia . . . this is fantastic, great fresh Sushi and other dishes even desserts, seem cheap as well, comparing to normal Sushi cost also when collecting Great service, nice atmosphere and good selection of beverage, not to forget plenty of refills and completely full afterwards . . .
