Przekaż informację zwrotnąAlready on 14. In June 2002 we wanted to celebrate our GOLDENE HOCHZEIT in this nice farm in the small circle. But since our daughter was able to arrive from the high north only on the following day, we only ordered the GOURMET Abendmenue for the next day. Here is the evening menu of the day before: Cold Andalusian vegetable soup with flossal flossal piffering strudel on Kressepurée with light garlic foam Grained halibutt with garden cucumbers and dill potatoes Marbled pomegranate cream with chocolate sorbet. And we had very nice table neighbors, so it became a very nice evening. After the opulent breakfast buffet with beautiful sunshine on the restaurant terrace, we drove to Prien am Chiemsee and put the ship on the Herreninsel. There King Ludwig II left. the castle complex Herrenchiemsee, which was its largest and most expensive and remained its last castle project. Back in Frasdorf, we are in the mini-hallow bath of the Karner farm and waiting for the arrival of our daughter. In the garden of the restaurant we enjoy an excellent GOURMET-Menue with 5 courses: Sweetly marinated gooseberries with white port wine jelly Cassolettes from the lobster and scallops pink roasted lamb lobe on artichokes ragout with polenta To the aperitif there was champagne and then a good bottle of wine. With us in the garden, a young couple celebrated the 1st anniversary and another guest celebrated his birthday. And at the end, the hotel surprised us with a large strawberry-cheek heart and a table fireworks rocket. A beautiful evening also decides this sunny day. After a magnificent champagne breakfast on the terrace we then break to a small mountain hike below the ramp wall and enter a rustic alpine hut. Even with later stays in this beautiful farm we were always very satisfied.
