Adriana's Mexican - Franktown

We took our family of 5 including kids aged 1,4,6 and finally tried this place for dinner, apparently today was busiest days. We waited an hour for a table and it was so worth it. The food is really good, and this restaurant is family owned and the service is excellent. We had the privilege of having the owners daughter as our waitress. She is so personable and attentive despite being extremely busy. I do have one complaint about this restaurant and that is that Adriana will not give me her salsa recipe. My husband and I would go back just for the salsa. Can't wait to go try more things!

Adriana's is not the hidden gem that it used to be, but that's okay as all the business this restaurant gets should ensure it stays in business for a long time. My most recent visit was this past Thursday, as I took my sons for lunch after hiking at Castlewood State Park. The parking lot was very full, but we were able to get a booth seat quickly. The staff was prompt with service, bringing menus, chips and salsa (salsa is AWESOME!!! , and took our drink orders. Even with a packed house, our lunch order was taken quickly and I was brought an ice cold cerveza (earned that from the hike! . Our food came out about 10 minutes after we ordered and looked as good as it tasted (the steak chimi is the best here! . If you are down in Castle Rock or the Franktown area, I highly recommend trying this restaurant out. There is outside seating (we sat inside with the cool air after a 2+ hour hike but the inside is welcoming and clean. One more recommendation... treat the staff well, as they work their butts off taking care of all the tables!

Adriana's never disappoints. Great food the flavor is amazing kind staff. We love eating there.

Stopped by for a late lunch. The Mexican hamburger was delicious. The spicy green Chile was warm enough to make my scalp sweat but not so hot as to kill the flavor of the burger. Just the way I like it! If you're sensitive to pepper heat you might want to order the mild version. This will be my go-to when I am in the area at meal time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
