Service is ok food is just thrown together I order a special order because i want it fresh nope never sandwich is just dry and hard from sitting to long I'll never go back for

Everything is very and clean, except that they take a long time, they spend more time on drive true than on the ones inside, one has to wait a long time to be able to order, thank

I am writing this review as a mother, previous cook, customer service worker, I've done it all and tonight I saw something very disturbing. What I saw tonight is why I believe in labor work unions.What I saw, was disturbingly poor management. I've seen the evening hours at this place for months now being so poorly managed. .. tonight though... the winds speeds were high, the temperatures dropping so low, so quickly, and this manager had the audacity to have these teenage workers running food out in the freezing cold to multiple parking spots. At 7pm at night! They are teenagers! Where is the safety at? The adult manager should be running the food out. Yes, it's in their job description to run food.. but no where does it say they'll be sent outside in unsafe weather and working conditions. They could be kidnapped.One, your kitchen is mismanaged and your entire store's functioning.Two, there is no need for this if you actually managed, again, your establishment correctly.Three, the people who come to your drive-thru are in a heated cars, anticipating what comes with a drive through and see young teens abused in the work force isn't it. I plan to call osha! The state, the twp. .. whoever it takes to protect these new workers joining our work force. Do you say they're just a teen or do you acknowledge they are contributing to your economy and dinner?This is a disgrace that we allow this type of work forced on children who are young and do not know their workers rights. Again, I didn't see the adult manager running any of the food. Instead she rushed the orders coming in, over flooded and over bared the kitchen staff, then instructed all the window workers to have the cars park so she could take as many orders as possible without being caught up! Then instructed her teenage staff to run all the food out in the cold after sweating rushing making the food in the kitchen.Sounds like very poor management and work conditions. ?I will say the poor kid shivering who brought my food. ... thank you and I'm sorry I wouldn't even order here again just so your not put in these conditions. The food was perfect and hot and the kids are always nice. I've only had attitude and disrespect from the female night manager, oooo but after see this tonight. Oh no I can not let this slide. You can be mean to me, ignorant to me, I'm an adult too, but the way your slaving and abusing your teenage staff.. you need to be fired. Plain and simple. Parents, please don't allow your children to work here as a first job or job ever. I seriously never have seen something like this in my life as a worker!

Service was quite slow for me being the only customer in the building. But overall, everything was expected. Even the single pickle slice in the doubk3 cheese burger I ordered without pickles. ?
