L.i. Valle Grill - Franklin Square

The chicharrón mofongo was really excellent! We placed our order just before closing, and it was still incredibly fresh.

I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant, and I appreciate the warm hospitality. However, during my last visit, I encountered an unpleasant issue. While eating my food, I found a long dark hair in my mouth. I waited until the restaurant was quiet to inform the staff about it, showing the hair to a young woman working there. Her response was simply, “okay...” which felt inadequate given the situation. It didn’t seem like she was taking my concern seriously. I had been looking forward to my meal but left feeling quite disappointed. I had just visited this place a week ago, and I'm really frustrated about this experience.

The prices at this restaurant are too high, and the food doesn't justify it. There are many other Spanish restaurants nearby that offer better taste at more affordable prices.

The food is delicious and they adhered to the special instructions I provided.

The Mangu (Tres Golpes) and Tostones are absolutely delicious!
