Wendy's - Franklin Park

I visited this restaurant today, and the service was outstanding. I believe her name was Elizabeth—I hope I got that right. I arrived at 5:25 PM, and she was working at the drive-thru. Oh my goodness, she was incredibly polite, wonderful, and humble, always wearing a smile. Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I tend to forget things, and she was so thoughtful in asking if I needed anything else; honestly, I would have forgotten everything without her help! I had a rough day, but thanks to her, it turned around. She is truly amazing, and I can't express how much positive energy she brings. What a fantastic employee!

This is the best Wendy's we've been to in years! The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. The food was just what we expected—decent and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Plus, we even got a free Frosty!

I visit the drive-thru at this restaurant quite often, and I find the service to be reasonably fast, with my food always served hot. Unlike other places, they almost never forget items from my order.

Mannheim street franklin park, il location lady in register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier because she did not speak English very well.) we have calculated more than the price in the menu. we pointed out, and they said the price must have changed. customer service was less than desirable.
