Culver’s - Franklin Park

Store stole my money!!Placed and order at the wrong store. Called to get it canceled. Shift manager Pablo says I'm out of luck and my money is gone.Got the manager of the store I intended the order to go to to call Pablo to explain to him how to issue a refund. All while on loud speaker, Pablo says he's busy.So not only will he not issue me a refund, but when another store manager calls him to explain how to do it, he refuses to because he's busy.I just want my stolen money back.Don't go to this Culver's. The employees are beyond incompetent.Manager of Mount prospect Culver's, you are the best.Thank you for your effort.

We’ve been coming to this location for years. We started off with three adults and now we have three kids +3 adults. And it’s still very calming and it’s a good place to take your family.Cant forget that a butter burger will ALWAYS hit the spot with a concrete mixer to finish off the meal

New Year's Eve and walked in the Cashier guy had an attitude it felt like, then they were all in the front and the stare when we walked in was unsettling to say the least.Placed my order then got home and noticed they left out two 4 piece tenders that I ordered yet they gave me two BBQ sauce containers???? I was so upset I gave my dinner to my kiddos and not ate because they messed up the order. Not the Culvers quality I am used too.
