Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have ordered 4 pizzas today at 07:01 pm. Got a message saying pizza on its way at 7:22pm. At 7:55 got a tracking confirmation as pizza has been delivered. I never got my items. Called the store and waited 11 online and finally connected with a person atstore. He said the order has been given to doordash. But, they don?t have a clue on the status and didn?t even bother to Checkwith driver. I think that?s how they have been trained. This is not my first experience. I already had a couple of badexperience with this store. The only reason I went to them was because of delivery. I have to run to Domonis at Jamesburg andordered pizza. Please don?t ever order with Tia store. The manager is very rude and service is VERY VERY BAD AND RUDE behavior(Manager). This store doesn?t even with 1 star rating. I don?t have an option to choose zero star so going with one star. Pleaseplease don?t go to this store ever.
Absolutely the worst pizza and service ever. I ordered Shaq pepperoni and got an extra large pizza with zero pepperoni. I called to complain and the manager said you didn 't order pepperoni and you took it off . I said so why does my receipt show I orderedpepperoni, Then when he finally said i was right, proceeded to tell me for 5 minutes why he was giving me a credit for nexttime and then i had to tell him he had to send another pizza tonight. He then spent another 5 minutes telling me it was goingto take 40 minutes to get another pizza to me. HORRIBLE!!! The manager and owner are scams. A $93 order and the driver got ahefty tip and their service and product are trash. They need to close down this location immediately.
Don?t eat here. I saw the employee drop a meatball on the floor, put it back on the pizza and slide the pizza in the oven. When I addressed the manager he said she made a mistake, it?s her first day, really. When do you learn to not put meatballs from thefloor on pizza you?re selling to customers, week 2. If I could give -5 starts I would.
Support local small businesses. This place charges just as much or more than what an actual pizza place charges and the quality doesn't match.
Never ordering at Papa John 's again especially this location (Franklin Park). Employees have serious attitude problems especially the new guy. And the people who take order on the phone or online they always end up missing item even afterconfirming/accepting. I 've been Papa John 's customer since 2011 and this location since 2013. I blame the ppl who take phoneorders. Whenever I order I make a note DoNot Cut pizza. since 2021 six in a row whoever takes the order on the phone they messup my order and employees at store blame me for not ordering correct. It might not be a big deal for many people but it is forme. Even though I 've been very nice with them, tipping them everytime I order. I complained few time but they don 't care infactthey do something nasty with your food. They don 't wash hands after peeing and pick nose while working in back, scratching theira with hand in pants, wiping out sweat with bare hands, no gloves. I 've uploaded a video on YouTube of them doing all kind ofnasty stuff including sneezing on pizza while preparing it. Idk if they were trying to take revenge or what. Once again I blamethe ppl who take orders on the phone and not place it correctly and completely as requested. They should learn to be clean andbe nice. All customers aren 't Karen I 've been extremely nice with them over a decade and I 'm very disappointed it one down likethis.???? Nicely Respectfully I 'm boycotting Papa John 's.
