Twice Daily - Franklin

This is a fantastic place to visit twice a day. The staff is consistently friendly and eager to assist with anything you might need. The atmosphere is delightful, and the lighting in the evening is exceptional. I've gone there many times after hours, and it always feels safe.

I ordered a pizza, and unfortunately, it was undercooked—what a disappointment!

During my recent visit, I found myself a few cents short for my coffee, but the cashier, Miran, was incredibly kind and worked some magic at the register, saving me a trip back to my car for extra change. It truly made my day. While I'm not in any financial trouble, it made me reflect on how someone genuinely in need could benefit from such kindness. That level of service really resonates with me. I go to this place several times a week, and although some customers might express their frustrations about mismanagement in their reviews, I believe those criticisms often stem from their own experiences. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this Twice Daily location.

I want to sincerely apologize for prank calling your restaurant with my nine-year-old friends. It was a mistake, and we shouldn’t have done it. I kindly ask that you don’t impose any penalties on us. Thank you for your understanding!

I would suggest avoiding this restaurant! The store manager, Mike R., is very rude. It's a good idea to look for a different place where the management cares about customer service. The cashiers seem overwhelmed and appear quite anxious, probably due to the poor treatment they receive from management.
