Thai Paradise - Franklin

The food and service at this restaurant are amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised by Thai Paradise. Although the exterior of the building may not be much to look at, the interior is lovely and the food is top-notch. Every dish we tried was expertly prepared and the portions were generous. In fact, my wife and I had enough leftovers to enjoy for the following day.

Hours of operation are shady. When they're open expect an hour to be seated then another hour to get your meal. I'm posting this to do something productive while waiting for my $60 meal for 2

A few years ago this restaurant was the best Thai in Franklin. In the last year it has changed. The sauces just are not as good and it feels like less care is taken. I hope they will improve again. The sauce was once too thick and once like water. I don’t understand the inconsistency. The noodles were over cooked. I really looked forward to this restaurant but now I have been looking for other options.
