We were very disappointed with the drinks and service at this restaurant. We stopped for coffee on our way home after a long drive, hoping for a pick-me-up. However, both our caramel macchiato and flat white, both with oat milk, were bland and tasteless. They basically just tasted like warm oat milk, with no coffee or caramel flavor. Not only was it a waste of money, but it also didn't serve its purpose of giving us a caffeine boost for the drive. The staff appeared distracted and more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers.
I have to give this starbucks props... they are busier than many I have been into and the staff was moving as fast as they could. No complaints about quality at all when I know that most places skimp when they get busy. Only down side is they ARE THAT busy, so if you get in there during a rush hour (my case morning time 730am) time frame, understand that it may take 20 minutes for a Cafe coffee order. I had chosen not to do a mobile order ahead.
I love the vibe of this Starbucks, and the employees are THE BEST. They are always so friendly and kind every time I come in. Today, I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks location on my mobile app. I'd already been at this location waiting for 20 minutes before I realized what I'd done (they were super busy, so I just figured it was just taking longer than usual). When I realized my mistake, though it was totally my fault, the barista offered to make me a drink here anyway! It was so thoughtful and kind of her to do on a busy day when she had so many other customers to deal with. That kind of customer service is rare these days, but you'll find it at the Carothers/Liberty Starbucks.
Been to a few Starbucks in Franklin/Brentwood this was my first visit to this one, while on my way to work. Didn?t remember the red cup for the derive drink deal that was going on today, November 17th, and they still got my order out in a timely manner! All very kind even when there was soooo much going on. I couldn?t do it if I were them???? counted ten workers when I visited around 7a today. All were focused on getting everyone?s orders out did amazingly smoothly. Drive through was wrapped around the building and going down the rd a bit. Inside was crowded and full of people waiting for their orders and eating there at the tables. This is mostly mobile orders in the table. They got mine out right around the time the app told me it would be, because I placed a mobile order too. The girl in the brown hair and glasses in this picture, did so well at communicating to me where my drink was in the list of drinks she had to finish. She had the tablet in front of her and was also calling out names finishing up the drinks. I just wanted to know bc I didn?t expect the amount of orders/people I was on my way to work. The red cup deal day was sure a busy one for them, but they all did great! Hope they all got a great tip share at the end of the day! My drink was perfect and I thank you, employees on FOH line, for the patience of waiting for all my shots to be poured! Sorry, just felt like getting 4 today!???? Thank you again! Fast and efficient.
