Starbucks - Franklin

Fast service, friendly staff and good overall experience. I ask for almond milk instead of normal milk as I miss lactose intolerance and many places, but this took the time to make sure that my drink was safe for me! Nutrition restrictions: The staff was wonderful to make sure that no milk went into my drink!

Mobile order and app access were several times, but good service and consistent drinks each time

I've been working 6 months in this mall and the coffee is terrible 3/4 times I order here. Today I ordered the same thing I ordered every day for months and received both the wrong coffee and an overbow tea. My coffee was a hot coffee with FOUR shots of espresso and they made it icy and through ice cream I watered and still hot. My tea made me useless and I landed four times in the bathroom. Elizabeth, the manager, is rude and defensive, and my employees have all the problems with her or the coffee here in any place. I'll come in and go to the little coffee stand in the mall. Great prices and KIND service

Counter Service was quick with a few minutes waiting for my drink. Standard for a shopping mall.

This location always has friendly employees that look happy to serve you. They stay pretty busy, so you can usually expect to see a line upon arrival- but no need to worry because they have been efficient and fast every time I've been in line, they move the line quick.Good folks that you can count on to serve up delicious signature drinks that taste exactly as you've come to expect, sometimes better!
