Starbucks - Franklin

Absolutely terrible experience. It took 20 minutes to receive our coffee, even though the store was empty. Unbelievable! I eventually decided to just leave.

This Starbucks is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the service is both fast and precise. I also left my receipt behind and returned later in the day. They quickly and efficiently reprinted it for me.

Estimated wait time is 30 minutes. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and the forgot the pumpkin

This place is interesting, you never know what you will get service wise. Last week the guy was sitting in the window, and today another guy was wearing a very dirty apron. It looked so gross. If you require it as part of the uniform, at least make sure it looks presentable.
