O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Franklin

Co worker asked if I wanted to grab a bite after work. I?m chubby so I can always eat to O?Charleys we went. Sat in the bar booths and service was a bit slow. Jourdan made up for it by being super nice and on top of orders from then on. Had a bowl of potato soup for a starter and it was great! Cheesy, potato forward with a boatload of bacon. Yum. Bacon makes everything better. Had the fried shrimp dinner platter and the co worker had a bourbon bacon filet. Shrimp came with bacon mashed potatos (see above bacon comment) and broccoli. The shrimp were.....average. Sort of bland, slightly oily mouthfeel. I started peeling the breading off towards the end. Potatos, yum. Broccoli, meh. Here?s the breakdown: Friendly service +1 star; great soup +1 star; nice hot rolls with butter +1 star; nice overall dinner experience +1 star. I?d go back to try other stuff.

Tonight we had the pleasure of keeping Brandon waiting for us. He has the feeling that family our food was hot our drinks were perfect and he took care of all his customers in this way. If you ever stop in the Yhe Franklin area and ask to sit at his tables you will NOT DISAPPOINTED! @Ocharleys you have a special emplye in this young man

Terrible experience. Saw at the bar for a quick bite where a single lady and two men were also dining room Could not sit at one of the bar table because they said all the signs that were closed for rebuilding? In any case, the two men carried an extremely loud conversation loaded with profanities, so uncomfortable all the time I was there. In addition, the bartender and none of the staff seemed to think that it was something from the ordinary for these two men to hear loudly at the top of their voice for the entire restaurant. There is no way that the management and certainly not the bartender could not hear what happened and could not ask these men to at least lower their voices. I have eaten here so often in the past, but I can't imagine ever going back after this really terrible experience.

Mila was our server tonight and we ate many O? Charley's restaurants over the years and we have to say that they were the best server we've ever had, bar none. Certainly, attentive, friendly and we didn't have to ask for something, they filled our drinks before they were empty and ensured that we had everything we needed. 1. Class service and good food!

Excellent dinner and excellent service! I had the sirloin steak that was prepared great. After bringing it to the table Gerard waited to be certain it was cooked exactly how I requested. Once he was certain meals were prepared as requested he came back quickly and topped off our drinks and asked if everything tasted great. Walked by every so often to look see if everything was well. When we were nearly done he topped off our drinks even though they really didn't need it and asked if we would like dessert. Kinda tough to pass up but we held strong. Next time I am in the area and hungry, O'Charley's is where I am going.
