Noodles Company - Franklin

I enjoy this place for a quick bite, but I always request extra vegetables (and I'm willing to pay for them). I'm usually pleased when they give me three spinach leaves.

The restaurant has a limited variety of vegan options, but the staff is knowledgeable about the choices available!

It's easy to identify the vegan options on the menu. I appreciated being able to order smaller dishes that still provide a satisfying portion, rather than receiving a massive serving meant for three people. However, I found the tofu to have an unusual texture and wouldn't recommend it.

This place reminds me quite a bit of a restaurant I frequent at home, which I personally think is better. I tried the pad Thai, and it was quite tasty. My family ordered several other dishes, but I found the portion sizes to be a bit on the smaller side. My son enjoyed the BBQ mac and cheese. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and our food arrived quickly. If I could, I would give it an extra half star because it was good, but I don’t think we’ll be back for a return visit.

I don't have much to say about this place. It was just average. I paid $16 for a small bowl of chicken pesto noodles and a small Coke, which I thought was too expensive for the quality offered. I would have been okay with paying $10 for the bowl and drink, but not $16. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
