Mcdonald's - Franklin

This location always have great food as well as amazing workers with great personalities. I love getting my morning coffee here, simply because of how I am greeted.

I visit this McDonald's twice a week, and it has consistently been great! I'm puzzled by the occasional negative reviews.

I like McDonald's and all but I went there the other day and ordered my usual McChicken with only pickles mustard and ketchup (don't judge till you try ? and they had the mustard and pickles but not the ketchup and instead put American cheese on it?

The play area for kids was filthy, the food was cold and stale, and I would never bring my children back here. McDonald's needs to improve! Food: 1/5

Great spot to grab a fish sandwich! I highly recommend it. Food: 5/5
