Our car broke down in TN during our 1700 mile trip across country. We had to stay the night and we were exhausted after spending days on the road. Booked the spa tub room, it was lovely! Dillon at the front desk was really nice and made us feel welcomed right away.After such a stressful and long day it was really nice to be greeted with such warmth and patience. Awesome hotel!! My friends and I were staying one night for a concert and I booked this hotel because it was affordable and looked safe, because it was just us girls there by ourselves. First impression of the lobby was very positive and the staff that checked me in were awesome!!!! Shoutout Graham and Abby, I believe. Felt very safe and everything was clean, and the Dunkin being in the parking lot was an added bonus.Nearby activities: About 20 mins from first bank amphitheaterFood drinks: We ate at Tupelo honey for brunch, it was excellent

We did a quick overnight driving up from Atlanta.Booked over the phone. The lady on the phone was kind and helpful booking our room and helped with pre check-in because we were coming in so late.Upon arrival the overnight front desk guys were super nice. Wish I would have gotten their names.The room was clean and the bed slept comfortably with lots of pillows for my girlfriend. Haha.In the morning we had breakfast downstairs. The food was pretty standard to any hotel breakfast. The bartender and server were super helpful and friendly with assisting us and made great recommendations for places around town to eat and shop.Anytime we were down stairs for any reason all workers were very kind and friendly. I wish I would have gotten everyone's names. Ms. Star helped us with checkout and any last things we needed as we were Leaving.Overall great experience. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the Nashville area.Thanks ladies and gents!!!!

We stayed here for a family wedding and coordinated with Abigail in Sales for several rooms for family and friends. Could not ask for a more friendly staff and excellent accommodations, breakfast and bar!Everything was excellent!! Definitely will stay here again if needed.
