However, I’m giving it 3 stars because we’ve enjoyed many delicious bowls here over the years, even though their customer service and consistency seem to have hit a new low. Some staff members charge different prices, even though I always order the same thing, and the prices on their menu don’t match what I’m actually charged. I really don’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel like they no longer value their customers the way they used to.

I called twice to inquire about ordering a three-day juice cleanse for two people and to learn more about my options. Unfortunately, my first experience with FJC was disappointing. Each time, the staff struggled to answer basic questions. It seems the team needs more training, accountability, and teamwork. I suppose I’ll take my $400 business elsewhere.

I was taken aback to discover that the juices came in bottles rather than being freshly pressed to order, especially considering the $10 price tag. However, the juice itself was delicious. I tried the sweet beet flavor, which included apple, carrot, ginger, lemon, and beet, and it tasted fantastic. I just wish the prices for the bottles were more reasonable so I would feel encouraged to return. That said, if you’re not too concerned about the cost, they offer a wide selection of tasty juices.

The smoothie I had was the best I've ever tasted, but the smoothie bowls left something to be desired. You can tell their acai is pre-made, which makes it not quite as appealing. It's decent, but not really worth the $13 price tag.
