Condado Tacos - Franklin

I had a bad experience here with the service. The day I went there was hardly anyone there, only one table of people. There was no one to greet me when I entered the restaurant and I went to the bar to order takeout because there was a sign that indicated that was the thing to do. There was another person in front of me to picked up their takeout but the person that brought it out didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Very rude and bad attitude . I left because they didn’t seem to want my business and they were waiting my time.

We tried this place in the past and it was good. But we went again to give it another try and it was terrible. The service was bad and the food was cold. All the dishes were cold tacos, loaded tots, nachos, and a bowl. The flavor was also lacking from what it used to be. It's a shame! We liked it other times!

Place looks ok from the outside .Let’s talk about the food queso was white melting grade American cheese probably mix with 1/2 and 1/2 cream no flavors lacking body maybe just needed to add a did of pico de gallo. And the chips are make with regular corn tortillas no seasoning and don’t even cook properly all sticking to each other) , when you say chips you need to served the thin corn tortillas they will absorbe more queso , are crispy and hold better.Tacos shrimp Baja taco with rice on it : and maybe 2 shrimp the rice overpowered the other flavor define no a Baja style taco.The other two tacos “plane Jane” and “the heater” were a little better in flavor however cold tortillas where so cold the fall a part.I will like to think it was a bad day for the kitchen base in others reviews.I wish they can do better.

Very, Very good. Everything about this place is great. I will be back for more. If your new you can try they're fan favorites, also, you can build your own ! Great place, Wonderful food, Super nice people ! ???

3/1/24 is Employee Appreciation Day. I ordered the 15 person taco bar for my employees. Look when I tell you these were the best tacos ever..they were! It was so much food! It fed 23 people! My employees absolutely loved it! I will be a repeat customer.The staff at Condado Tacos were very friendly. They even carried the food out to my car for me. The atmosphere was amazing. I'm going to have to bring the family there very soon! If you order their taco bar you will not be disappointed!
