Chick-fil-a - Franklin

The food is overpriced but enjoyable. I don't understand all the excitement surrounding Chick-fil-A when there are plenty of other restaurants with much better chicken options at more reasonable prices. I'll be checking out Zaxby's instead.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were impressed. The service was quick, and the food was served hot and tasted wonderful. The peppermint chocolate cakes are absolutely delightful! Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.

The food and service were disappointing. The chicken was tough and chewy, the rolls were rough, and the waffles were cold and stale. This is not a place for me. Food rating: 2/5.

This location is always on point. Service is excellent all around. Fries are always perfectly seasoned, chicken is hot fresh, the speed of service is outstanding and the staff are always friendly! This is my favorite chick-fil-a in town!!
