Chicken Salad Chick - Franklin

I was asking the sweet cashier what was on the grape salad, while she was trying to gather her words. This incredible rude older women jumped into our conversation, and bulldozed right over her. Then this older women, I think her name was Anna Marie hissed at the sweet cashier “get this memorized” . This all happened right in front of a “Now hiring sign” Maybe treat your employees well and you’ll have some! The food and cashier was great but that older women really ruined the whole vibe

The food is always delicious, but they never have enough employees to keep things moving smoothly. One of their best employees, Hayley, quit because they hired new ppl in at the same hourly rate that she'd been receiving for a good while. She was dependable, worked hard in every area, and wanted to train for management. I miss her, and I bet they do, too. Companies have to reward their best workers, or somebody else will steal them away, which is exactly what happened.

Food is great! Location is Horrible. I almost couldn't get my Vehicle in a parking spot. I also did curbside, as they don't have spots marked for this. Won't go back to this location.

I've been hearing a lot about Chicken Salad Chick lately, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the jalapeño one which is one of their most popular ones.The food was visually appealing, but it was pretty boring to eat. The chicken salad was bland and flavorless, and the spice were just kind of there. The only thing that really saved the scoop was the dressing, which was creamy and flavorful.I also tried the bacon and cheese one, and it was just as disappointing. The chicken salad was bland and flavorless and the atmosphere was stale. The scoop was also very small for the price.Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Chicken Salad Chick. The food was boring, the portions were small, and the prices were high. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.Additional Thoughts:I was also disappointed with the service at Chicken Salad Chick. The cashier was friendly, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. She also didn't offer any recommendations, which I thought was strange.I'm not sure what all the hype is about Chicken Salad Chick. The food is just not that good. I'm so in love with this place! Great customer service and delicious refreshing food! The broccoli cheddar soup is better than Panera's! The croissant sandwich is so good!Food: 5/5
