While I'm a fan of food, I'm not a fan of service. I placed an online order, and when I arrived at the shop, the order was not fulfilled. I tried to call in front of my hand and the line was separated. The employees were not very helpful, and basically they said they did not review their online system. My answer was, how can you not check an online system you used? I was very upset, and I think they need to develop better customer service skills.
