Burger King - Franklin

In summer and mostly autumn, this BK has a 'made to order' type of service. Sure, we'd wait 10 minutes, but almost every time I eat here, the food was hot and fresh. I liked that. Now that winter it seems the BK is under new management and back to it with the fast service where half the time your food warm / uncorrected and the other half it is over boiled /dry as it sits. I give only 4 stars for the service in summer, last visits recently I was less impressed.

I thought inside was a lime, and overall the experience was pleasant. The store was updated, clean and the staff was friendly. Health and safety protocols have been set up and followed. The location is convenient, parking lots are abundant, and driving is easily accessible. I gave four stars because I was the only client in the building and I had a small order. I can't say if the experience was the same for a heavier workload.
