Burger King - Franklin

It's fast food. Of the dozens of times over the past 15 years I've stopped here, maybe just a handful of times my order was messed up. This isn't really much of a problem.Compared to the fact that my order is NEVER fixed when I visit the Oil City MacDonald's or Pizza Hut, (even with contact to corporate), not a biggie at all. This BK does pretty good work. I'll be back.Kid-friendliness: Kids work there, and they serve fast food. What's not friendly?Wheelchair accessibility: Easy Peazy getting in the door. You'll have little problem in a wheelchair making it in.

Good food. Service. Price. Today. Had a vanilla shake it was horrible. Runny watery mix of something. Update no more shakes. Food good. Price getting

It's typical fast food. Some of the staff are friendly and some not so much.

I went through the drive through and meet Kye at the pay window. I’ve been having a bad week and he put a smile on my face. What a lovely goofy kid! He genuinely made my day better! And my coffe is bussin! ??

You will always have to wait for your food quite awhile because they are horrible to their employees there for can 't keep any! The big wig Jackie is rude shouldnt be in charge of a rock let alone people 's careers. She does Not care about anyone!!! I like their food but I won 't go there again until she 's no longer running that store. I hate seeing her treat people like they are nothing. It 's despicable honestly. Shame on Cooperate BK for keeping that women around all these years!!!
