T-style - Frankfurt am Main

I have been at T-Style many times, it seems to me that they are not trying too hard to keep up with 'lifestyle trends' and they offer true quality food instead. There are no giant sushi conveyor belts or all-you-can-eat arrangements. Instead the menu is very diverse, serving anything from salads, fish (both raw and cooked/grilled), meat, tempura, rice and udon dishes. Also I find that they put a great attention to detail, everything on the plate is precisely arranged, which I find extremely enjoyable.The place is usually fully of Japanese people, the staff is very friendly and very service minded. The atmosphere is rather informal and has a typical bistro character. It is recommended to make a reservation, on busy days the place is absolutely full.

After they expanded their Restaurant space, I can recommend this restaurant for your business dinner because of not packed space any more, one of best Japanese dish quality, well balanced price and portions. Taking the plates back before you finish is not recognized anymore, so I believe they improved that point. Before you will lose your face in front of your customers, I have some tips to share. You have to keep in your mind the restaurant's atmosphere is modern casual rather than very official elegant style. Some Japanese customers start to speak rounder when they become drank but still in acceptable business level compared with other Asian countries style. Reservation is absolutely recommended in advance in case of Friday and Messe period. All of my European customers loved the dish quality. In case your budget is limited, stick to beer and wine instead of SAKE, take Makimono instead of Nigiri. Share various dishes with your group like "Tapas" and do not consider ordering main dishes individually. Ladies are so helpful how to order even you have no idea.

What a great little place! The interior is very plain and pretty minimalistic but the food is just amazing - they have both warm food and sushi. Everything, from the simplest order was just fantastic! The staff are extremely attentive and friendly! This will now be our "regular" Japanese restaurant!

T-style lunch is the best lunch in town for me. 15€ ................................. not the greatest atmosphere but best value for good quality food.
