We asked for fries and the waitress yelled at us repeating that they had no food for the next hour. We were only given the choice to have some bretzels. The other tables however were served real food, but we did not question. When we were about to pay a waiter tried twice to fool us into paying more. Also, considering the rudeness of his colleague we did not want to pay any tip. The location is nice.
We came in family late afternoon for a coffee and a piece of cake. Unfriendly waiter that took time to come to us, and didn 't clean the table. Order came incomplete, and what came was not what we ordered. Nothing professional about the service. I went to complain to the manager (hard to identify at first sight, nobody wanted to take responsibility), very arrogant lady that does not care about customers, no apologies, everything seems to be very all fine for her. Mediocrity at his highest level, it 's unbelievable to treat clients like this and not being listening to complains. Table next to us also waited very long before they decided to leave. And the place was far from being full, with a lot of waitresses doing nothing but chatting together, while people were waiting to order... very bad experience and sad ending of a family day. Cannot say anything about the quality of food or drink, since we haven 't been served, but the menu is without interest... the good point is that we finally didn 't spend any cent. Clearly it 's a trap for tourist, don 't go there if you expect a quality time.
Beautiful setting, love to come here after a nice walk to the forest for a coffee and cake. The menu is not the largest, but the food we had (Schnitzel and Frankfurt Sausage) were really good. Always love to come back here
Schade, Chance vertan.
