San San China Restaurant

I have eaten at and recommended this restaurant for over 10 years, every time I visited Frankfurt. Food is very good. But now I dont think I will return. I was early for my reservation and nobody was at the door. So I walked in to use the bathroom while waiting for my colleagues. While at the urinal, the Chef came up to me and started screaming at me in Chinese, the only three English words he came up with were “not public toilet”. He would not stop harrassing me while I washed my hands and walked to the entrance, demanding a manager. Finally a young man asked what was wrong, I told him the story, he apologized profusely and told the chef to back off. It seems the Chef is the owner ? That makes them look even worse ! He explained that they are trying to only offer the bathroom to restaurant patrons. I told him that the chef could have said that to me AFTER I finished peeing ! Some human decency goes a long way... especially considering I DID have a reservation ! I demanded an apology from the Chef which I never got. No matter how good the food may be, that’s the last time they saw my face, my guests or my wallet ever again.

Good to average food in this nicely appointed restaurant with four very differently themed dining areas done to a high standard of décor. Service was sterile at best…pricing on the high side.

This place is just past the desk at the Grand Westin. Very beautiful restaurant. Food is delicious. Large and small tables with beautiful decor. Has wine and beer. Also has separate rooms for business dinner or small crowd. Service is excellent.

Previously, the quality of food is TOP weeping. But... we were at 4 on New Year 18 19, there food, and had ordered the New Year's menu. There were a total of five courses that were very quickly served us, the quality was top, the amount too. The only point why I have a star dressing is the VERY VIELE drinks that were no longer available on the map. That was very annoying. Apart from that, I would go back immediately.

One of the best Chinese in Frankfurt. I'm very often with my family on weekends. The selection of the menu is very Also the selection of drinks is very large, the offered foods taste very delicious. I've been here for over 50 times and had no bad experiences yet.
