The ice cream café Siena is close to the zoo and the Zeil. The service is always very nice and very friendly. The choice of different types of ice is very good and the ice tastes excellent.

Staff very unfriendly. I expressed an extra wish to my ice cream, which was supposed to be “impossible”. Then I said that I'm going to judge them online badly, whereupon I was threatened with a life-long ban on the house. If you want to be treated humanly, avoid this place. I hope the employee will never treat me and others like that.

Close to the zoo, you can sit nicely outdoors, authentic, faster and very friendly! Service, fair prices and a really damn good ice cream. My favorite ice cream café here in Frankfurt!

The Siena is an old ice salon at the beginning of the sand path. Ideal for a stop before or after the zoo visit. The ice cream tastes delicious, creamy, not artificial and the number of different ice cups on the cards (there are several! is simply gigantic. For example, there is an entire double side with spaghetti ice variants. Fans of ice pressed by the press in noodle form really have the torment of choice here. For children there is also a lot more choice with about 6 cups than just the usual bee maja. The prices for ice cups start at 5,50 euros (children 3,50 euros), so they are complete on average in Frankfurt. The service is friendly and extremely fleeting. I've been here a long time.
