Best Worscht - Frankfurt am Main

Whenever in Germany this is a must-do item: get a great Curry Wurst. And Best Worst that has started as a small stand operating out of a trailer has now branched out into some of the Rhein-Main area's shopping centers. Very popular at lunch. All sorts of variations to the Curry Wurst theme worth trying. Also great bread.

I enjoyed my meal here although in the future I would pass on the various dry shake on seasonings and just let the flavor of the meat carry the meal.

....Not that I can defend the name or anything, I haven't had a large enough sample to declare it to be the "best in town", but it is a pretty good play on words that your American friends would have a laugh when you post it on facebook or instagram!..Having said that, how about the food? Well, it certainly is German comfort food on the go, this is a stall in one of the food courts in a major mall complex. They have standing tables in front where you can enjoy eating standing up, and if you walk a little further, there are seats you can probably use. The food is good considering it's a mall "hole in the wall", I had my first experience with currywurst - not what I was expecting, but good none-the-less. I prefer those stand alone delis in the middle of the city (maybe I just prefer bratwurst? I don't know), but if it was this versus some other fast food joint? I would go here everytime.The "Best Worscht in Town!" has different location, and it does seem like it originated from a food stall like establishment in the north part of the city. I'm curious to see if there is a difference, but I am not complaining - they also sell beer with the sausages so like is definitely good!

We tried here as we felt we had to being in Germany for the first time food was good, service was good and was served very quickly

First food I ate in Germany with the gf. I thought it was over priced but it tasted very good. I will probably eat here again before I leave frankfurt.
