I always receive my order correctly at this restaurant. The fries are always hot and fresh, and they have a great selection of drinks. The employees are very friendly, and I love going there either late at night or early in the morning. I highly recommend the White Castle in Frankfort!

Although my order was initially incorrect, the staff quickly rectified the mistake. It was simply a miscommunication. They did not miss anything. Additionally, their customer service is consistently excellent.
